Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Assist Aviation base manger in day-to-day management and oversight of helicopter service provider to safe, reliable and efficient operations, particularly in the following areas
- Flight scheduling
- Check-in operations
- Facility maintenance
- Cargo operations
Liaise with Aviation Specialist to track and report budget spend. Conduct variance analysis for the budget.
Serve as Facility Security Officer and ensure that the NST Security Plan is implemented and assessed. Work with the Security Manager for the reporting and investigation for security issues related in aviation operations.
Assist the Aviation Base Manager in ensuring all activities relating to aviation operations are conducted within the approved safe working practices, environmental and company regulations, policies, procedures and guidelines. Ensures that the tenants of “Operational Excellence” are followed and contractor employees receive the proper safety training for the work they are performing. Assist any aviation incident investigation.
Ensure Company and contractor compliance with civil aviation standards, Oil and Gas Producers standards and company standards
Bachelor degree in Logistics, Aviation, or certification from Civil Aviation Training Center (Air Traffic or Airport Management)
At least 3 years of experience in Aviation industry with 2 years in helicopter business. Holding aircraft dispatcher certification will be a plus
Excellent interpersonal and communication skill. Good command of English (TOEIC >650 or equivalent)
Strong problem solving and organizational skills
Good knowledge on all Microsoft Office application. Experience with any analytical/reporting software will be a plus (SPSS, Spotfire, PowerBI, etc.)
Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.
