Description: Our client is a well-known corporation within the telecommunication, media and internet industry. They are seeking talented candidates to work within a newly established Digital Park to build an ecosystem to help the growth of Thailand's Digital Startup industry.
Community Manager or The Event & Ecosystem Program Manager is responsible for handling planning and administrative details of meetings and events held at the business.
Qualification: Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from an international university is desirable.
Proven network and work experience within either startup, accelerator, incubators, and/or venture capital firms.
Must be experienced in managing budgets.
Possess a strong entrepreneurial and creative mindset.
Must have fluency in English and Thai oral communication.
Responsibilities: Ensure quality of the events held in the business
Ensure the coherence of the meetings and events with the business infrastructure and compliance with regulations and relevant technical standards
Facilitate the preparation of the meetings/events and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (client, Roadshow and Event managers, designers, vendors, etc)
Manage the set-up and production of internal events in the business
Manage dependencies and interfaces between different events
Manage logistics, budget control and inventory/resource control
Ensure a smooth operation throughout each event
Liaise with partner companies to co-design programs
Engage with other companies to ensure successful introduction and execution of program
Design own programs for the business
Coordinate with Partnerships Engagement and Marketing & Communication functions to ensure appropriate dissemination of the internal programs
Report operational status of the business program, readiness/gaps and extra activities required for improvement
